Two parts make this very easy to operate.
1:
Over range indicator.
2:
High-low temperature alarm.

The over range indicator does just that and beeps when out of range.
Pre-knowledge of operating temps with the alarm preset beeps also when temperature is exceeded. A fantastic warning device.

Temps totally important to brew beer (hobby) saved many a batch!
