I have this mounted on a Maverick 88 12ga as a way to attach a flashlight without having to add a rail-mount. This light mount is very sturdy and has held the flashlight to the mag-tube securely through well over 100 rounds. The quick detach is a little tight, but I consider that a good thing as I don't want the mount of my flashlight flying off while firing. Very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone that wants a simple and inexpensive way to mount a flashlight to their shotgun.

Very solid mount. Used it for mossberg 500 with coscto "tactical" flashlight. Provides inexpensive quality weapon lighting system. Once its locked in place its not going anywhere but easy to remove by flipping quick release.
