1st Customer Review : Good tool, good price
This non-contact laser thermometer performs well and has never failed to work. I've used it several times checking the head temperature on different vehicles, as well as a/c vent temperatures in my home. It takes a 9v battery and lasts quite a while.
The reading is taken by holding the trigger. When the trigger is released the last temperature read is held on the screen. The lcd back light is a nice feature but the laser pointer is not calibrated properly and does not point straight.
