1st Customer Review : Great combo for home defense and affordable too.
My wife bought me this TLR-4 laser/light for our anniversary and I am impressed with it. I went back and forth on this one or the TLR-2 because I was concerned with the performance of this one, but let me tell you this is a very bright light/laser. The light on it is plenty bright for home defense and concealed carry. This light will work great in most homes because most distances inside will be under 25 feet and within that range it has an intense hotspot. The laser is bright and very distinct in the center of that hotspot to. The unit feels well built and secure on the weapon also. I have mine mounted on a Glock 23 Gen4 and like the way it fits, it does'nt add much weight to the muzzle either I can barely notice a difference with it on or off the gun. Like one guy said before on here the laser adjustment screws are a little stiff at first but with gentle but firm pressure they will adjust. 2nd Customer Review : A fine lite/site
After reading that many suffered stripped adjustment setscrews, I was nervous today when I adjusted mine for the first time. I couldn't find the supplied hex wrench so used a 1/16" wrench, which fit correctly, and not a 1.5mm that fit rather loosely. The site adjusted properly and then stayed 'on'. It's affordable, light-weight, and plenty-bright enough. What more could one want?

Received the item extremely quickly, NIB. Item is fantastic except for the set screw for elevation on the laser stripped and am now unable to adjust elevation for the LAM. Seeing as I will have to pay shipping to get an item I have no garauntee will be any better, this may just have to suffice as a flashlight.
I use on my HK USP C and it extends beyond the barrel enough to make a great standoff if use in CQC and the barrel must be placed against an assailant's body. All in all, a solid C rating.
UPDATE 09-27-12: I was able to find a 6/23 hex bolt (fine thread) at a local hardware store. After drilling out the faulty stripped bolt, I was able to replace the hex bolt and now am able to fully adjust elevation on the LAM. Amazing what a difference proper steel tools can make.
After replacing the bolt, I am able to adjust elevation up to coincide with the front dot on the standard sights. It will not move all the way up to the typical head on a post config,...
