1st Customer Review : Too bad it's discontinued
Having a collection of tactical lights, this one sees a lot of use around the house. It's bright. If you aren't used to tactical lights, you will find it extremely bright, but it's not up to tactical standards. For one thing, the LEDs in the reflector gives the light artifacts and odd bright and dark spots. It's not bad, but compared to a dedicated tactical light, some may be disappointed. It's a bit of a handful compared to lights that use the 123A lithiums, but it's still compact, and not bulky per se, but just compared to the lithium 123A lights. The operation is simple. The tail cap turns it on and there is a rotary selector between the cylinder and the head that selects the function. The laser pointer is useful, though I rarely need it, except to play with the cat. The killer use is the UV light. I've used it to cure UV-curing adhesives, for finding scorpions in the desert, identifying florescent minerals while rock hounding and even for checking for stains on hotel...

2nd Customer Review : Great multi purpose flashlight
Purchased this Streamlight flashlight November 2011, I am in law enforcement and it is a handy flashlight to have along to use at work, the led light is bright, crisp and clear, the laser pointer is neat to have to point out things when on the job, and the combo laser/light is real handy too. The UV light is a nice option as well, it is not as bright as I thought it would be but it works excellent. It runs on three "AAA" batteries which are cheap to replace and the Streamlight is overall a great buy for the price, well made, drop it and it doesn't hurt it at all. The guys at work are all jealous of this flashlight and can't believe the great price found on Amazon.com. Would recommend this Streamlight for sure!
3rd Customer Review : Pretty good
Cool product. Light is bright, laser is bright. Like the fact that there is an option for combo light and laser on at the same time. Very solid construction. Only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because the UV light is not very strong even in really dark environments. Would recommend.
