1st Customer Review : Green Laser Flare
The green laser rescue flare is a very effective signalling device, can be seen from miles away. Very bright, almost impossible not to be noticed. I include this essential in my survival kit for any outing. Also produces intriguing visual effects when not being used for emergencies.

2nd Customer Review : man overboard lifesaver
This unit is small enough to always wear on your lifejacket so if you were to fall overboard when making a passage your green laser light will be visible to the person on the boat who can then come to rescue you even if the waves and conditions would otherwise make it very hard to detect where you are.
3rd Customer Review : Expensive, but may be worth it!
The way I see it, laser flares are only good if you can SEE your possible rescuers, so, I'll be getting one or two standard waterproof flares as well (just to be sure). But, MOST of the time I think your WILL see them and a flare may not be aloft long enough or they may malfunction. A reflective mirror assumes you are at an angle to the sun that will make that work. While it's the most expensive gadget, I think it's also the best single choice with it's visibility, distance, waterproof and durability features. Hope I'll never have to use it, but if I do, I KNOW I'll be glad I have it!!!
