1st Customer Review : No Metric.
I was surprised to find that this tape is inches on one side and tenths of a foot on the other.
I didn't need metric so it isn't a problem for me, but make sure you check the correct side or your measurements might be off by a few inches.

2nd Customer Review : Excellent Value
Used this to get measurements of my house/property to enter into SketchUp. Very well built and quite durable. Tape is very strong and can resist quite a bit of pulling. Compared the measurements with that of a laser rangefinder and it was dead-on. Highly recommend

Unlike one what reviewer said, mine never jams at all. This is an excellent tool that was well worth the price. I have also verified the measurement with the tape with a laser tool, and it was exact. I have no complaints.
