this is accurate and i like that you can turn on or off the laser and screen light. only complaint is the laser is weak. ( not very bright )

The thermometer taking readings without touching the hot surface is perfect. I like there is no cleanup with the temperature gun. The gun feels comfortable in my hand and reads temperature nice and accurate. It is a perfect tool in the kitchen, and very helpful for baking. The thermometer helps insure i'm baking at the correct oven temperature, and also fantastic for sweet sauces. I don't know why i waited so long to purchase a quality thermometer like this, a wonderful kitchen accessory!
