1st Customer Review : Very simple and accurate.
I am a dentist, not a contractor. And quite honestly, I am capable of doing household projects, but I hate doing them. This last weekend I had to locate some studs and I thought I would give this product a try. It was just as simple and accurate as advertised. I placed it on the wall and instantly and accurately found the stud. I hung the picture and I was done. My previous Stanley stud finder always drove me nuts moving it back and forth on the wall, each time the Stanley showing the stud at a slightly different location. This Franklin Sensor was consistent and accurate.

2nd Customer Review : Fantastic!
I couldn't count the number of stud sensors I've used over the years but none comes close to the ProSensor 710. There is a row of 13 sensors. When the device is placed or moves over a stud, 3 LED's will light (2x4) showing exactly where the stud is. 7 LED's showed me where I had a 2x4 laid flat behind drywall. When you drive a screw into a wall, you can be confident it's in the center.
3rd Customer Review : It Works
Have been trying to find a stud finder that really works. Several different brands and all do not work as advertised and are not simple to follow instructions. The last one I tried was a Bosch digital at list price of $99.00 at I think Home Depot but was last one and priced at $34.95. I was certain I had found the Mother of all stud finders but to my surprise did not perform as good as some of the others I had tried. IT was more complicated than the others and if I did not use it for a week or so I had to go back to the instructions to be sure I was doing the functions in the correct order. A few days later I was on the Amazon site and saw the 710 advertised so I had to try it. IT Works Simple Start with the 710 on the surface or off the surface does not matter and push the button. Would recommend this product to my Grandmother.
